Crafty boxes are sent out on a monthly basis, we aim to start dispatching boxes from the 18th of each month, but this is subject to change dependent on volume. If you’re ordering the current months’ box after the 18th, we aim to dispatch boxes within our normal processing time of 1-3 working days. Once boxes leave our warehouse they are subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here. Please note that these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.
Subscription Cut Off Window
Remember to subscribe as early as possible to receive the current Crafty box. The cut off for each box is the last day of the month (30th September, 31st October, 30th November, 31st December, etc).
Your payment method will be billed automatically on your date of purchase and recurring charges will occur on the 15th of each month thereafter. If purchasing a 3 or 12 month subscription, your recurring payment will be taken every 3/12 months on the 15th.
All subscriptions will automatically renew by default (Monthly, every 3 months and every 12 months depending on your plan), unless you're signing up for a gift subscription. You can however cancel your subscription at any time and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next box is met.
Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods
Remember that the shipping estimates on site are as suggested ‘estimates’. The arrival of your box may extend outside of the window we provide; this can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box never arrives, arrives damaged or has items missing, get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible in order for us to remedy the situation. Sometimes, the contents of the boxes can vary due to demand, this happens very rarely, but when it does, we just like to look at the few that get effected as being unique!
We’d be sad to see you go, but the truth of the matter is that you can cancel your Crafty subscription at any time without any hidden fees associated. You can do this by calling our lovely customer service team on 01509 812075, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like a refund with your cancellation this must be mentioned in your email or raised when phoning up as cancellations do not automatically administer refunds.
We get it, certain boxes aren’t to everyone’s liking and circumstances can change that mean you want your money back. Well don’t worry, you have 30 days from your box being delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the box must be un-opened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. You must follow our returns procedure here:
